Q: How long must a client wait for a completed translation?
A: Upon submission of your order, we will immediately contact you with the expected completion time/date. Standard turnaround time is usually 2-3 working days. However, express service is available.
Q: How much is this going to cost?
A: Our fee structure is competitive and contingent on word count as well as subject matter.  We encourage clients to submit their material to us for a cost and time estimate, which can usually be given instantaneously.

Will the translation look like the original document?

A: We will reconstruct the appearance of the original document to the fullest capabilities our latest software and output devices permit. User specifications determine the layout, and the final product presented to our clients reflect a shared value excellence.
